In order to realize its vision and mission the PELUM-Tz current and future long-term goals are to:

1. Provide best capacity building services to MO’s by covering all aspects of
    ecological land use management so as to meet the demands of MO’s beneficiaries,
    clients and stakeholders;

2. Provide an excellent networking environment to its MOs by providing high access to information sharing.

3. Document and regularly disseminate findings that meet MOs demands and widely
    recognised by other stakeholders.

4. Provide lobbying and advocacy services which meet MOs’ demand and exceed
   their expectations;

5. Build capacities of the PELUM-Tz Country Desk staff by attracting, developing and
    retaining highly qualified staff in adequate numbers and field specialisations that
   will enable PELUM-Tz to provide its services effectively;

6. Achieve a national status while preserving its unique reputation of high-quality
    practical works in networking and ecological land use management activities

7. Mainstream gender, HIV/AIDS and climatic change into PELUM interventions
