There are three types of membership:
 

•	Full Membership
	Is open to local and national NGOs operating at grass roots and supporting and/or engaged in Participatory Ecological Land Use Management.
•	Associate (non-voting) Membership
	Is open to international NGOs, networks, government departments, parastatals.
•	Sponsor Membership
	Is open to any organisation/person wishing to sponsor the activities of the Association.

Applications are available on request. On admission, new members pa membership fee to PELUM-Tanzania Country Coordinator. The same amount is paid annually as subscription
